At Well Well Gift Boxes, we ship Australia-wide, with orders dispatched within 1–3 business days.
If there’s a delay with your order, you’ll be notified via email. Please ensure your delivery address is 100% accurate at the time of purchase, as packages cannot be re-routed once shipped.

3. Express Same Day Delivery
Cost: $30.00

Orders placed before 9:30 am: Delivered by 5:00 pm the same day
Orders placed after 9:30 am: Delivered by 5:00 pm the following day
Eligibility: Sydney Metro Areas only (check eligible postcodes here).

Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery
Please double-check your shipping address to avoid delays.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we are happy to redeliver it. However, a re-delivery fee of $25.00 applies to cover the Return-To-Sender fee & re-shipping costs. This fee applies even if your order qualified for free shipping, as complimentary shipping only covers the initial dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order hasn’t arrived after two weeks, contact us at wellwellgiftboxes@gmail.com so we can assist.
Bulk Orders
For bulk corporate orders, shipping quotes will be provided, & payment must be made prior to dispatch.
International Deliveries
