gift box returns & refunds
At Well Well Gifting, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchases. If the product you receive is faulty or differs from its description or image, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
To start the return process:
Email us at wellwellgiftboxes@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order.
We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds & Store Credits
Items must be returned in perfect condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit of equal value.
Refunds are processed via PayPal or our credit card gateway.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions
Handmade-to-order items cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
Refunds are not available for gifts delivered to recipients without damage.
Damaged, Broken, or Out-of-Date Items
If you receive damaged or expired items, contact us at wellwellgiftboxes@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement.
Item Swaps
If you wish to exchange an item, return it unopened & in its original condition. Any additional delivery fees or price differences must be paid before shipping the replacement.
Refund Requests
Refunds for unshipped gifts can be requested within 90 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued after this period.
